Important! PSO SCRIP Program Change
New SCRIP Form (Jan. 27, 2012)
Dear Byrom Families:
After a review of Scrip orders through December 31, 2011 where credit cards were used to purchase Scrip, we have decided that EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, we will no longer be able to accept credit cards for Scrip purchases. We are sensitive to those of you who order Scrip to support Byrom, while gaining valuable points and/or mileage on your personal credit cards. We certainly don't want to lose you as valued Scrip supporters; however, as like many of you, we have incurred changes in our banking fees and credit card charges, that have caused us to get to the point where we CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR SCRIP PURCHASES.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this change in policy may cause you, and sincerely hope that you will continue to support the Byrom Scrip Program. Every dollar raised this year has gone back directly to your teaching staff to support the educational activities of all of our children!

Byrom Elementary School Auction

Byrom Elementary School is holding its annual auction on March 3rd, 2012. For companies this presents a wonderful chance to not only support this fantastic - yet underfunded - school but also offers the unique opportunity to market directly to over 600 people in your target demographic. With this sponsorship, you are directly reaching families that live in and specifically support our local community.
For Byrom parents, sponsorship is just a great way to give back to the school we love, while helping to secure special programs such as field trips, technology, art literacy and teaching/reading assistants for all students. Our hope is to raise $30,000 for instructional technology used by our teachers and students this year as well. Of course, this is a great tax write off for all sponsors, as well.
The Sponsorship levels range from $250.00 to our top level of $2,500.00+. This range offers families, small business, and corporations alike the chance to participate. Perks of sponsorships include everything from Special Recognition from the Master of Ceremonies to “V.I.P. Express Checkout” to special wine and desserts at your reserved table. Moreover, there are ample chances to get the recognition you deserve at the auction itself, on the district website, and in multiple school publications.
