We believe that CFT is a stronger school when parents are involved. Whether you can offer a few hours to help chaperon a field trip or a regular weekly or monthly commitment, CFT welcomes your participation!

Art Literacy Art Literacy is a program designed to help children learn to love and appreciate all forms of art. We deliver this learning in two form |

A short presentation about the artist and the style of art--We provide a presentation outline and visual aides

Art Literacy requires only a 2 hour commitment each month. No experience is necessary and all the supplies and training are provided. If you are interested contact CFT's Art Literacy coordinator Alana Miner at 503-646-8651

School Events There are many events that take place at CFT throughout the year. From Family Social Events like Pumpkin Carving and the Sock Hop to the Jog-a-Thon and annual auction, volunteers are always needed. Volunteering in the Classroom Many parents enjoy helping their child's teacher, either by assembling materials at home or assisting with projects in the classroom. Contact your child's teacher directly to find out how you can help. |
