A message from our Principal, Mrs. Hennelly…….
It has been brought to my attention that some of our students are using their Facebook page, and their friends’ pages, to bully and harass other children. While this is happening away from school, it is concerning because it is affecting our students and the learning environment.
I would like to ask your assistance while we investigate these concerns further. If your student has a Facebook page, please monitor their page and photos often. If there is any bullying from a CFT student, please print it off and bring it to me. If your child has shared their password with anyone, have them change it immediately…they will be held accountable for anything that comes from their page. Please discuss the Student Rights and Responsibilities from our district handbook (see below) around harassment/bullying with your children.
If you have a fourth or fifth grade student, please watch for more information to come home shortly. Thank you for your help in keeping our students safe.
Wanda Hennelly
