A message from our Principal, Mrs. Hennelly…….

It’s hard to believe that we are wrapping up the first month of school already.  And, what a great month it has been!  We have completed our first round of reading and math benchmark assessments, which means that our intervention groups will be starting on Monday.  Thanks to our library volunteers, we were able to get our library check out system up and running this week.  It is so nice to see library full of students again.  We were also able to start our indoor recess program during all of the lunch recesses.  Once again, we send out a big thank you to the parents that are helping with these programs.

Please be sure to send your updated registration forms to school.  We will be creating a list with your e-mail addresses so that we can send you information about CFT electronically.  We will soon be sending the Wildcat Chat to your e-mail address!

If you haven’t turned in your Student Verification Form for this year please do so!  We need to be certain we have everyone’s current address and telephone contact information for all students’ families.  The Post Office does not forward school mail.  Just give us a call with the right information. Email address changes appreciated!  If you need a copy of your child’s Student Verification Form please contact the office. 

Literacy Volunteers still needed -- it’s a GREAT way to contribute!!!

We are still in need of some volunteers in order to make sure each classroom gets to participate in art literacy this year.  There are several rooms that could use a second volunteer. Please contact: Alana Miner 503 646-8651 if interested.

Free One-Day Health Clinic at Tigard Compassion Clinic!

Saturday, October 8, 8 am to 8 pm at Tigard High School, 9000 SW Durham Road, Tigard, OR.  FREE Medical, dental and vision care!  Services provided to all residents in the Tigard-Tualatin School District.  Limited time slots available.  First come will be first served.  Childcare provided.  Free lunch served.  Se habla espanol.
