Spring Athletic Registration

Beginning Monday, February 13, spring registrations for athletes. 

Registrations will be from 2/13 through 2/16.  If student/athletes are not cleared in this time period, they will not be cleared the first day of spring sports which is 2/27.  We need all athletes to register between the dates 2/13 – 2/16.

Pay to play fee of $225 to bookkeeper first

Athletic Clearance form with receipt to athletic office only

Sports physicals good for 2 years

Spring SAT Prep Course begins April 16^th.  Pay $110.00 to the bookkeeper to reserve your spot. Class size is limited to 30 students.

Drug Dog

Tigard High School is committed to having a safe environment for students to learn. Drugs and Alcohol are prohibited from campus and they pose a risk to our student’s safety. The first drug search at THS using a dog is planned for later this year. The dog runs through the halls checking lockers sniffing for even the slight smell of drugs.
According to School Board Policy Student Searches, Questioning and Custody (JFG):
“Property searches may be conducted using certified search canines including but not limited to
district property, facilities, parking lots, equipment, and buildings. Canines may not be used to search students or groups of students unless there is a clear and present risk of bodily injury or harm to human life based on an individualized specific suspicion and only if the administrator reasonably believes it is immediately necessary to recover contraband to protect human life.”

2012 Auction - Viva Tigard!

Save The Date -- 2012 THS Auction  "Viva Tigard!" is set for Saturday, May 5th at the Wilsonville Holiday Inn. Plan to celebrate Cinco de Mayo this year with parents and friends in the community while raising funds for the many valuable programs offered to our students at THS. We promise you won't want to miss this!

 FRANK CARO WINS MILKEN EDUCATOR AWARD!

You can still purchase your ASB validation sticker for your ID. This year it is only $25 (last year $50) and will get you into home and away league sporting events for free, discounts on dances and at the student store. We encourage everyone to purchase one, see the Bookkeeper!
