Tualatin Lacrosse Players & Head Coach win Conference Honors
Tualatin Timberwolf lacrosse players and Coach were honored by the North Valley Conference of the Oregon High School Lacrosse Association at the annual League meeting held over the weekend in Salem.
All-time leading scorer, Tom Gilkey, was named to the First Team Attack by unanimous vote, as was First Team Midfielder, Peter Oliver, and First Team Defenseman, Brody Richter. Outstanding in the goal for Tualatin, Spencer Nix was named was named to 2nd Team All League, joined by midfielder Jason Rotta and defenseman Evan Pinckard.
Tualatin Head Coach, Gordon Coffin, was honored by his fellow coaches as Coach of the Year in the North Valley. The Timberwolves finished the regular season with a 11-5 record overall, a 9-1 record in the conference, the North Valley League Title, and a first-round bye in the State Tournament.
