Scrip

What is Scrip?

Scrip is a program where you exchange cash for a gift certificate of equal value.  The merchants who participate sell those gift certificates to the SCRIP Service Center in bulk at a discount.  That discount is then a profit for the school.  Currently, merchants offer gift certificates at discounts from 2% to 43% depending on the merchant.
